Ghost Recon: Future Soldier beta now on PS3

In an unexpected move, Sony’s PS Blog has announced that a beta of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier would be coming to the PS3 next month. I say unexpected because Ubisoft originally announced the shooter’s beta to be exclusive to Xbox 360 players, and to be accessed via the Splinter Cell: Conviction game disc.

The beta is even called “closed” and an “exclusive,” so it looks like Ubisoft may have went back on their initial plans and did a complete 180 on this one.
There are no specific dates for the beta’s kick-off yet, but PS Plus subscribers can expect early access.
Future Soldier will be out in May.
